Blayze started his IT career because his Accounting professor thought his Excel formula combos were rad. After college, he started working in for a non-profit healthcare system as a Systems Analyst. He wanted to help hospitals and skilled nursing facilities help patients, health insurance members be better served, and research labs drive positive change for the future. He realized traditionally provisioning IT resources delayed innovation, and so he focused his time on cloud computing, automation, and building a devsecops culture. He moved into a lead engineering role, where he managed multiple projects.

He also had the opportunity to manage a team of Software and Systems Engineers early in his career, and enjoys helping people meet their personal goals. Blayze left healthcare to help consult with high-tech companies in other industries, and enjoys partnering with his customers, who have been in the automotive and federal industries. Today, he works as a Solutions Architect, and focuses on artificial intelligence and operations. Blayze is a husband and dog dad, and his interests include music, games, keto, his dogs’ instagrams, and paying his bills last second.
