Chris is a backend software engineer who has worked on a wide variety of projects including banking software, voice over IP monitoring, software distribution platforms, weather warning systems and automotive. As part of his career he has been a technology lead as well as a team lead for up to 5 employees. He is a strong believer in open source software, the Unix philosophy and in the idea that technology should make lives easier for its users.

When he is not using a computer he is most often seen taking pictures or cycling.
