Panagiotis is the SRE technical lead at Elastic Cloud.

In the past, he has managed mixed teams of software engineers, SREs, systems engineers and product managers, driving the adoption of DevOps methodologies in software development and delivery.

His professional interests are around team building, security in depth, performance, systems engineering and reliability, observability in the user-space and below.

Panagiotis considers diversity in the workplace tightly linked with the socioeconomic structures. He’s a committed supporter of progressive social movements.
