By offering Tupu mentorships to your employees, you help them grow in their careers, expand their network, and ultimatelly become more valuable employees. They will receive mentors from top tech companies and, at their turn, can become mentors for others. The sessions are private between the mentor and the mentee.
Mentorship accessible to everyone
In order to be able to provide mentorship to the ones that need it the most, Tupu is free of charge, thanks to all the mentors beeing volunteers. However, we do encourage you to donate to Tupu as a company. In return, we will help you to make sure your employees get most of the program and you'll be able to use the Tupu brand and badges in your recruiting materials.
